Heat in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Onion, red, diced ⅕" / 4 mm
Capsicum (bell peppers), red, seeded and diced ⅕" / 6 mm, pat dry
Sautée until onions are softened and capsicum is slightly charred, about 8 minutes.
Black (turtle) beans, low-sodium, can drained
Add to pan and cook until warmed through, about 3 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl. Keep skillet warm over medium heat.
Add to bowl to stir to combine.
Spray skillet to coat. Turn heat to low.
